Camp price

How is the camp price calculated?

We open bookings with the most favourable rates, and the price may increase as the camp session fills up.
If you already know which session you would like to book, booking early gives you the opportunity to secure a better rate.
The current camp price is always shown on the page of the specific camp session.
Here’s how it works:
Bookings open
SEPTEMBER. The best early birdie price available.
Second booking stage
From OCTOBER to MARCH. All this period of time the price remain the same.
Planned increase
APRIL - MAY. As the camp is getting full, the camp price goes up.
Last stage of sale
JUNE. As the camp session gets closer to full capacity, the price may be adjusted for the remaining places.

Additional expenses

Not included in the price

  • Travel to and from the camp location;
  • Visa fees, if a visa is required;
  • Travel medical insurance;
  • Your child’s personal expenses.
We recommend that all campers have suitable travel medical insurance, including children who are EU citizens.
The European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) provides access to medically necessary healthcare within the public healthcare system under the applicable conditions. However, travel insurance may offer broader coverage, such as access to private medical facilities or cover for other expenses, depending on the policy.
Children living in the Czech Republic do not need to purchase an additional Czech travel insurance policy specifically for attending camp if they already have suitable insurance coverage in place for the entire trip.
Before travelling, please make sure that your child’s insurance is valid for the entire camp period, covers the country where the programme takes place and includes the planned activities.
If any additional services or expenses apply to your chosen camp session, these will be listed separately.

In May–June 2027, parents will receive the final invoice, taking into account any applicable discounts. The remaining balance must then be paid according to the camp’s payment terms.
